Since opening in2015, Chris and Diana have been the owners, brewers, and operators of Callister Brewing, with just a few awesome tasting room staff, running the smallest brewery in Vancouver. You’ll find 12 rotating taps, including three cask engines with uniquely British beer styles, local cider, and local spirits available to mix with our craft sodas. Our beers are an eclectic mix of lagers, pale ales, IPAs, sours, farmhouse, stouts, and porters, with the occasional barrel-aged release. In 2022, our little brewery was honoured to receive several medals, as well as the Canada Beer Cup‘ Best in Show’ award for our ‘Wee Laird’ Wee Heavy Scotch Ale aged in single malt whisky barrels. Throughout the spring, summer, and early fall, you can also bring your dog and enjoy a beverage on our curb side patio. When she’s not brewing, Diana also leads up Callister Craft Sodas. Focused on unique flavours, cocktail inspired combinations, and partnering with local suppliers, we use the highest quality, freshest ingredients we can find. Popular with adults and kids alike, they’re family-friendly, vegan, and gluten free. Current flavours include Raspberry Earl Grey, Ginger Beer,Strawberry, Peach,HibiscusLemonade, Cream Soda, and Tonic Water. You can also find them in many retail, bar, and restaurant locations across the Lower Mainland. When we began, Callister Brewing was the first co-working, collaborative brewery of its kind in Canada. We supported talented independent brewers to start their business by creating accessibility to equipment, commercial facilities, and keen local customers. Over five years, we invited 10 different brewing teams to brew and sell their own beers with us and learn what it takes behind the scenes. The program came to a close in 2020 and we now brew 100% our own beer.
