Bringing the freshest Fraser Valley flavours, this is a unique opportunity to sample beautifully crafted food designed with beer pairings in mind. $1 off glasses or pints of beer with the purchase of food.
With over two decades of culinary experience, Craig sources in-season, locally produced food, actively building relationships with farmers and producers. He describes his personal cooking style as West Coast with Italian inspiration, specializing in honest, simple cooking, hand-made pasta, and making a killer carbonara.
